Shipping Rates & Timeframes

Allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, embroidered and packed in our beautiful gift packaging and then handed to Australia Post.

From there, delivery will take 1-2 business days for metro areas and 2-3 business days for other regions. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on network congestion. We recommend having your tracking number easily available so you can track your parcel's journey via the Australia Post website.

Order Information

All purchase receipts are sent to your email once your order has been processed and paid for. We will also send you a shipment confirmation once your order has been shipped, this will contain a tracking number which can be used to track the journey of your purchase. Please contact us immediately if you have not received your order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails within 48 hours of purchase, should you purchase over public holidays or weekends your confirmation will be sent on the next business day.
